Here are 5 tips for deciding what to Focus on and exercising that decision.

  1. What is your number one priority goal? Whatever that dream is that makes your heart sing when you think about it and scares you a little too, that’s it. Make that your priority and decide to do something towards it everyday.

  2. Put yourself first. That means, make decisions on what you really want to do, not what you think you should do. It will feel weird at first, but make it a regular exercise to check your feelings when you go take an action. Do I realy want to do this or do I think I have to? The truth is everything we do is a choice, yes everything. So decide on purpose and then enjoy.

  3. Say No to more and make space for more Yes. Every opportunity does nothave to be jumped on. While you may have fear of missing out, if you say no to one thing you are saying yes to something else. You are saying yes to working towards your priority. You are

  4. What’s the simplest thing you can do for the greatest return? Writing that email, or making that phone call can often be the turning point, it’s just that it may be the 999th call that you make that makes the difference. Do that one thing over and over again with consistency and openness and watch your seed grow.

  5. Focus on what makes you feel good. I don’t mean surface good, I mean that deep inside pride in yourself for taking the next step, being consistent, staying committed, surprising yourself with your own badassness.
